Our due date calendar provides clear timelines for when cases arrive at our lab and when they will be ready for delivery (local) or shipment. Please review these turnaround times carefully when scheduling your cases.

Important Notes:

• Rush Cases: Cases requiring delivery outside of standard turnaround times will incur a rush fee. Please call our office for approval before sending any rush cases.
• Shipping Cases: If your case requires shipping, please add 2 additional business days to the delivery date.
• Scheduling Appointments: To ensure the best experience for your patients, do not schedule their appointment on the estimated delivery date.
